The Jitsie needle jet for Keihin PWK 28mm carburettors plays a key role in controlling fuel flow from the main jet to the jet needle. Working together with the needle, it determines the fuel mixture from roughly ¼ to ¾ throttle, making it essential for smooth, consistent power delivery.
This small part is easy to lose during carburettor servicing or cleaning, so keeping a spare on hand is always a good idea. When installing, make sure the tapered side faces upward – the jet only fits in one direction. Push it firmly into place until it clicks securely into position inside the carburettor body
