- For optimal results with Arm-Pump, most notably on Race/Event days, apply as follows:
- Pre-load your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump to the relevant area first thing in the morning.
- Ensure you then top-up your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump again to the relevant area, 30-40 minutes before each race.
- Once applied to the skin and massaged in, the oil easily absorbs through the skin into the muscles and bloodstream. The benefits are noticeable approximately 30 minutes following application.
- Do not use on pre-existing skin conditions.
- Do not use during pregnancy.
